  2. Are the servers backed up in any way?
    Yes, the servers are backed up daily and can be restored should anything happen.
  3. Is your uptime guaranteed?
    No, uptime is not guaranteed due to innumerable variables, but our server uptime stats can be viewed at Alerta. See for yourself how our server has been doing for the past few months.
  4. Do you offer custom packages?
    If none of our packages suit your needs, email us your requirements and we'll see what we can do and provide you with a quotation.
  5. Do you offer reseller accounts?
    Not at the moment.
  6. How do I check for the amount of space I've got left?
    Your quotas and disk space limits and usage are summarized on the left in your site control panel. There are also detailed disk usage and site statistics available.
  7. Help! I've forgotten my password to my control panel.
    Submit a support ticket and we'll reset your password.


  1. What are the accepted payment methods?
    Currently we only accept cash and direct bank debit from Australian bank accounts. Paypal and Credit Card processing will be added soon. Payment of subscription is to be made in advance.
  2. Is it easy to move from the different hosting packages you offer?
    We can upgrade your existing hosting package upon request, but not 'downgrade' to a lower package.
  3. Is there a minimum contract period?
    For web hosting, there is no minimum contract period, but we offer significant discounts to customers who pre-pay annually. Domain names can only be purchased and renewed on an annual basis.


  1. Is there 24/7 technical support?
    No we do not offer 24/7 support. Getting people to man the support lines 24/7 costs a lot and we pass the savings on to you. Regardless, if you email us or submit a support ticket we will respond to it within 24 hours. You can also post your questions to the support forum.
